EU BASED DETITIAN & NUTRITIONIST
I’ve been a dietitian since 2016, holding both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree (MSc) in clinical nutrition, nutrition and dietetics based in the EU -European Commission, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO/CEPES-. During my studies, I completed comprehensive internships across various departments, including intensive care, internal medicine clinics, weight management clinics, and public healthcare. I also conducted research on vitamin deficiencies following sleeve gastrectomy surgery. This research was published in the Asian Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2019.
To deepen my understanding of energy metabolism, I’ve completed a HarvardX course and earned a certification in Cell Biology: Mitochondria in 2024. Currently, I am further expanding my expertise by pursuing a Health and Wellness Coaching certification from Emory University.
Following my academic journey, I began my professional career in 2017, working for a company that specialized in personalized meal plans tailored to individuals’ dietary needs. In addition to designing customized plans, I provided one-on-one consultations, monitored body composition changes, and guided clients toward sustainable lifestyle improvements.
In early 2020, I made a life-changing move to Atlanta from Istanbul. At the end of that year, I went on my entrepreneurial journey by opening Busé’s Kitchen, offering a unique catering concept of individually packaged healthy meals. Over time, we’ve expanded our services to include different ordering options, always with a focus on providing delicious and nutritious food.
Over the years, this experience has given me valuable insight into the everyday food choices people make and the common mistakes I see in daily nutrition across the U.S. This unique perspective, combined with my expertise in nutrition and insights from both the US and European eaten patterns, allows me to offer my consulters practical, real-world solutions that are both accessible and sustainable.
I’m here to help you bridge the gap between nutrition science and everyday eating. My goal is to empower you to achieve your optimal health and well-being through personalized nutrition guidance, education, and support!
